About Colline Kugahara
Colline Kugahara, a modern and sharply designed guesthouse, was built in 2003. A commercial avenue, connecting Kugahara station and this guesthouse, is lined with many stores and restaurants such as supermarkets, drug stores, and bookstores so that you could buy almost anything you need here. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The local police station is located just in front of the guesthouse. The apartment is designed for people who need alone time as well as time with friends. Each room comes with a private toilet and shower room (rooms on 2nd floor come with a bathtub as well). You can have a well-balanced private and shared life at this guesthouse.

-Learning- There are many shrines, temples, folk museums, and historical sites in Ota ward. Free pamphlets with walking guides are provided in libraries culture centers by volunteers and municipal organizations. Also, events are held on a regular basis, that you can learn Japanese traditions and enhance mutual understandings through.
-Food- La splendeur Le splendeur is located in 2 min walk from Kugahara station. This pastry shop is famous to the point that many people come all the way from far away places. There are many variations of cakes and pastries where you can choose from one bite sized to whole sized cake.
-Things to see- Senzoku-Ike Park Senzokuike park is located 4 stations away from Kugahara stations. The park is one of the largest parks with a lake in the Tokyo area. More than 200 of cherry blossoms are planted throughout the park and many people come to enjoy them in every spring, people have relaxing time on a rental boat in the Senzoku lake. In the summer, you can also see Tohronagashi, a Japanese tradition dedicated to the souls of ancestors where people float candles down the lake.
