We have just renovated the inside of the house, so inside is very clean. We have a 52 inch flat screen TV in the living room. Images are so vivid that any TV program is worth seeing! There is an automatic locking door at the entrance. Also, I am staying there as house manager so it is quite safe for any tenant.

There is a convenience store 30 seconds away, and a drug store 1 minute away from the house on foot. So, you won`t have to worry about getting groceries and everyday neccessities. On the way to guesthouse from Urawa station, there are several stores. There is PARCO in front of the station where you can get almost anything. We have parking lots as well. Inside is very clean since we have just renovated. You don`t have to worry about security because there is an automatic locking door at the entrance. My wife, my daughter, and I am staying here so if you need any help, we will be there for you. We would love to make the house atmosphere very friendly and fun because of our smiles! We love to plan having parties such as a Halloween party and Christmas party in the house with tenants.
