J&F House Warabi is located on the Keihin-Tohoku Line's Warabi Station and is one of our largest houses with 95 rooms and many tenants from all over the world (as of May 2011 there are tenants from Sweden, Korea, Saudia Arabia, China, Spain, America, Taiwan, England, Brazil, Mexico, Nepal, the Phillipines, and Vietnam). You can easily access places in the center of Tokyo such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Tokyo station, Ueno, and Akihabara from Warabi station. There is a convenience store and produce shop, and a shopping area in front of the station so you can always have access to everyday neccesities. The welcoming and farewell parties that tenants plan, as well as tenants playing soccer and basketball together makes life in Warabi exciting! The house is very comfy and the tenants are like a big family! Participating in local traditional events really makes you feel closer to Japanese culture too! The house's shared facilities include a large kitchen, shower rooms (women's only also available), toilets, a spacious living room, dual language TV, PC, bicycle area, and vending machines. Each private room comes with a desk, chair, air conditioner, small refrigerator, closet, bed, free internet connection, and digital TV service, so you can easily adjust to your new lifestyle. You can also apply for a certificate of residence. The house's entrance is protected by a number coded auto-locking door so tenants are safe and sound. Hi there!! I`m Mitsuaki Araki. Everybody calls me “Aki\". About 40-50% of tenants are Japanese and there are people from 10-15 different countries. We are always enjoying our life here at Warabi House all together. There are Japanese who have experience staying in other countries and traveling around the world. People from other countries come to Japan for learning Japanese for business and so on. If you stay here, you will have lots of opportunities to meet Japanese people, share different cultures, and make international friendships. It is a great experience for Japanese learners and will be a great time for sure. I keep the house clean and in order, so this house is pretty popular with women. The location is also great. There is a convenience store, supermarket open 24 hours a day, City Hall, post office, bank, 100 yen shop, and general hospital near the house. We frequently join community events (festivals) and have a good relationship with our neighbors. If you stay here, you will be able to see various kinds of people.
