J&F House Minami-Gyotoku has 20 rooms in total and is located on the Tozai Line's Minami-Gyotoku Station in Chiba Prefecture. This house is located in a peaceful residential area. You can easily access Monzennakacho, Kayabacho, Nihonbashi, Otemachi, Takadanobaba, and Nakano stations and can reach the center of Tokyo by taking one train line. There is a convenience store and 100yen Lawson only 10 seconds from the house. There is also a park and sports gym where you can enjoy a nice walk on a sunny day or exercise and refresh yourself. There is a supermarket, restaurant, hospital, pharmacy, and Yamada electronics store around the area of the station so you can fully enjoy your everyday life. There is a Tsutaya, Don Quixote, and Gold's Gym in Gyotoku which you can easily walk to from the house. If you take the train to Minami-funabashi, you can even go to IKEA and Lalaport! Shared facilities include kitchen, shower, toilet, living room, dual language TV, PCs, and a bicycle parking area. Each private room includes a desk, chair, air conditioning, small refrigerator, closet, bed, free internet connection, digital TV connection, bicycle parking area so you can make a smooth transition into your new lifestyle. You can also register for a certificate of residence. Each room's closet is very spacious so even if you have a lot of luggage, there's no need to worry about a lack of space! The entrance is protected by a number coded auto-locking door for each tenant's peace of mind and safety. Tenants enjoy each other's company by cooking meals together and even have home parties. Since Tokyo Disney Resort is near, sometimes tenants visit there as well! You can make a reservation with us even if you are currently outside of Japan. Our house manager can assist you in English, and if you contact our main office, we can assist you in Korean and Chinese as well. The house is not far from Narita Airport, so you can easily settle in right after you have arrived in Japan.
