| J&F House Warabi is located on the Keihin-Tohoku Line's Warabi Station and is one of our largest houses with 95 rooms and many tenants from all over the world. As of May 2011 there are tenants from Sweden, Korea, Saudia Arabia, China, Spain, America, Taiwan, England, Brazil, Mexico, Nepal, the Phillipines, and Vietnam. You can easily access places in the center of Tokyo such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Tokyo station, Ueno, and Akihabara from Warabi station. There is a convenience store and produce shop, and a shopping area in front of the station so you can always have access to everyday neccesities. The welcoming and farewell parties that tenants plan, as well as tenants playing soccer and basketball together makes life in Warabi exciting! The house is very comfy and the tenants are like a big family! Participating in local traditional events really makes you feel closer to Japanese culture too! The house's shared facilities include a large kitchen, shower rooms (women's only also available), toilets, a spacious living room, dual language TV, PC, bicycle area, and vending machines. Each private room comes with a desk, chair, air conditioner, small refrigerator, closet, bed, free internet connection, and digital TV service, so you can easily adjust to your new lifestyle. The house's entrance is protected by a number-coded auto-locking door so tenants are safe and sound. J&F House Warabi offers the cheapest initial cost of any guesthouse in the capital area. The house was recently renovated and is extremely clean. You can apply to live in J&F House Warabi even if you are currently outside of Japan. Our guesthouse manager can assist you in English from the house, and if you contact our head office, we can assist you in Korean and Chinese as well. | Hi! I am the house manager, Daiji. Tenants are very outgoing and the atmosphere is lively. There are usually tenants having chats in the living room. They cook together and sometimes even join the cultural events that are held in Warabi. They also go out for football games together sometimes. If you stay at Warabi house with us, you will be able to to experience new things and create precious memories with new people. We can not describe how amazing this house is only with words so if you are interested in Warabi house, you have to see it for yourself! |
