J&F House Nishi-Kawaguchi is a very international place. Many people from around the world visit this area throughout the year. There are tenants from 7 countries at present, so it's the best place for people who are interested in international cultural and language exchange. Each room is 6.5 tatami mats in size and all have a large closet, free internet connection, and AC. Smoking is not permitted in the house, so that adds to cleanliness. Shower booths are not coin-operated, so it is very economical on the cost of living. There are PCs and a DVD player in the living room so you can spend time in a relaxing atmosphere and enjoy your days at J&F House Nishi-Kawaguchi. The manager holds several parties to have a chance to make friends from many countries. It is located in a quiet residential area that takes about 10 minutes from the downtown area in front of the station. There is a convenience store 1 minute from J&F House Nishi-Kawaguchi, and also there is a big super market nearby so it's very convenient to shop. You can go to Tokyo Station without changing lines from the nearest station (Nishi-Kawaguchi Station), and it is very easy to visit Marunouchi, Shibuya, and Shinjuku.

Thank you for coming to our website! I am F.Y., the house manager of J&F House Nishi-Kawaguchi. Half of the tenants in our house are Japanese and the other half foreign. Everyone gets along great together and have a good time! We play Shogi, video games, and have potluck parties. We have fun together all the time! It\'s a great opportunity for foreign tenants to stay here to learn Japanese culture, language, and other cultures as well. Of course, it\'s a great experience for Japanese tenants as well. They can learn different cultures and languages too. I have studied abroad before, and it feels like I\'m still overseas right now! Everyone greets each other saying, \"tadaima\" (I\'m home) and \"okaeri\" (welcome back). There are so many wonderful people here! Why don\'t you come and join us too?
