Hello, I'm a student at Portland State University and I'm looking for a place to stay from August 14th to September 26th. This will be my first time going to Japan so I'm not familiar with the area, and I'm hoping to find a nice place with lots of people to become friends with. My price range is up to $500. I'm not entirely sure how to the whole move in situation will work though so if someone can fill me in on that I'd be greatful. Thanks!
