The room is bright with sun all the day. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared with a quiet.
The house has two dogs 'toypoodles' at dining alcove in play pin. so dogs lover is desirable. and has nice garden at another place that you can make some vegitable or something.
No smoking in the house. available outside only.

It is including utility bill, water service price, wireless LAN, and the seasoning, etc.

There is a key in each room.
5 minute walk to subway station:"Kokusai-kaikan"(Karasuma line).
I have electrical appliances and tablewares that can be freely used with share mate.
